Magic night at the Castle of Milan
On the 8th April at Milan’s Castello Sforzesco under the patronage of the City of Milan, the Champions for Children Foundation celebrated its First Annual Champions’ Gala.
Approximately 500 guests were treated to an evening of entertainment with international artists such as Paris’ Opera etoile Eleonora Abbagnato, British opera singer Tony Henry, singer Alain Clark and Raggae star Joggo and the Redemption Band.
All performed on stage to raise funds for the first Champions Playground, in Manenberg, South Africa.
Among the VIP guests welcomed on the red carpet, were the Mayor of Milan, Letizia Moratti, Maki Mandela daughter of Nelson Mandela, former tennis champion Boris Becker and football star Christian Karembeu, top model Adriana Sklenarikova, Italian presenter Simona Ventura, Louis Vuitton Italian General Manager Benoit de Crane d’Heysselaer, Adriano Galliani and the coach Leonardo from AC Milan, Saverio Moschillo of John Richmond, football players Massimo Ambrosini, Pato and many other celebrities from the world of sport, fashion and international business.
